Returns & Refunds Policy
As StockFlip.co.uk is a wholesale B2B (Business-to-Business) platform, all sales are considered final. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing stock for resale or business use and that the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly DSR) do not apply to these transactions.
1. No Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, find the items difficult to resell, or if the contents of a “Mystery Parcel” or “Undelivered Item” do not meet your personal expectations. All wholesale stock is sold on a non-returnable basis.
2. The Nature of Wholesale & Mystery Stock

Undelivered Parcels: These are sold as unmanifested and untested goods. Because the contents are unknown to us, they are sold “as-is.” We do not guarantee the functionality, condition, or resale value of items within these parcels.

Clothing Grading: Please refer to our [Grading Guide]. A margin of error of 10% is standard in the wholesale industry; returns will not be accepted for a small number of items falling outside the assigned grade within a bulk lot.
3. Statutory Exceptions (Faulty or Not as Described)
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, we are only required to provide a refund or replacement if the goods are:

Significantly not as described: (e.g., You ordered a pallet of Clothing but received Electronics).

Not of satisfactory quality: Taking into account the description (e.g., Grade A items arriving with heavy damage). Note: This does not apply to items sold specifically as “Grade C,” “Damaged,” or “Untested Mystery Parcels.”
4. Reporting an Issue
If you believe you have a legal claim for a return, you must follow this process:

Notification: Email us at sales@stockflip.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the shipping label, the outer packaging, and the specific fault with the items.

Authorization: Do not return any goods without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
5. Shipping Costs

The cost of returning goods to StockFlip is the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked, insured service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
