How do undelivered parcels end up at StockFlip? These are items that were shipped by retailers but could not be delivered to the original recipient due to incorrect addresses, expired collection windows, or refused delivery. We purchase these in bulk and pass the wholesale opportunity on to you.

Can I choose what is inside the mystery parcels? No. To maintain the integrity of the “mystery” element and ensure fairness, all parcels are sold as-is and remain sealed. We do not cherry-pick or scan the contents before shipping them to you.

What kind of condition should I expect for the clothing stock? Our clothing stock is generally categorized into two grades:

Grade A: Brand new with tags (NWOT/NWT) or overstock.

Grade B: Customer returns which may have minor defects or require a quick wash, but are still highly resellable. The specific grade will always be clearly marked on the product page.

Are there any brands I can expect to find? While we cannot guarantee specific brands in mystery parcels, our stock frequently includes items from major UK high-street retailers and popular e-commerce fashion brands.

Why don’t you offer returns on mystery pallets? Because the value of a mystery pallet is subjective and the contents are unknown, we cannot accept returns once the seals are broken. This is standard practice in the wholesale liquidation industry to prevent “cherry-picking” (where a buyer keeps the best items and returns the rest).

How much is shipping within the UK? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. Small parcel boxes have a flat rate, while large-scale “StockFlip Pallets” require heavy-goods couriers.

Do I need a registered business to buy from you? While we are a B2B platform, we sell to sole traders, eBay/Vinted resellers, and established retail shops. As long as you agree to our wholesale Terms and Conditions, you are welcome to shop with us.
