Welcome to StockFlip.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of goods from StockFlip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature of Sales
StockFlip.co.uk is a wholesale platform. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge that:

You are acting in the course of a business, trade, or profession.

Consumer Rights Act 2015 provisions regarding “change of mind” returns do not apply to these B2B transactions.

You have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

2. Product Descriptions
We specialize in two primary categories:

Clothing: Items may be brand new, overstock, or customer returns. Condition (e.g., Grade A, Grade B) will be specified in the listing.

Undelivered Parcels: These are sold as “Untested Mystery Goods.”

Nature of Goods: These items are sold “as-is.” Because they are sealed/unclaimed, we cannot guarantee the contents, value, or functionality of the items inside.

Risk: You acknowledge that purchasing undelivered parcels carries an inherent risk of varied item quality or value.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£).

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be made in full via our accepted payment methods before goods are dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery
UK Delivery Only: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Lead Times: While we aim for prompt dispatch, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Discrepancies: Any shortages or damaged outer packaging must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the wholesale nature of the business:

All sales are final. We do not offer returns for “change of mind” or because the contents of mystery parcels did not meet subjective expectations.

Faulty Goods: Returns are only accepted if the goods are significantly not as described (e.g., you ordered clothing but received electronics).

Mystery Parcels: By their nature, these cannot be “faulty” based on content, as the content is unknown at the point of sale.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockFlip shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods in question.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
